Mike, Catie, and MilesFrom the sellers...In 2016 this triplex became my first house! I lived in the top floor flat and rented out the lower two apartments, generating enough income to cover my mortgage (and some!). I steadily upgraded the units (new floors, countertops, doors, bathrooms, carpet, paint, etc), and the triplex quickly attracted fantastic tenants, and created a strong sense of community. I will miss the artsy neighborhood of Pigeon Point, the amazing access to the bike path and West Seattle attractions, and most of all, the homey atmosphere of the triplex. Enjoy the walkability to Ounces Taproom and Uptown Espresso, as well as the great neighbors on 22nd Ave SW.Travelling regularly for work, I outfitted the upper apartment as an "airbnb." Guests posted 5 star glowing reviews. The income was nice! Catie and I have since started a family (welcome baby Miles!), and settled in Oregon. It is time to say goodbye to Seattle living (for now) and focus on family adventures.
