From the sellers... 1613 Palm has been our home for the past 11 years. We moved in as newlyweds; we are moving out as a family of four. We’ve filled this home with happiness and laughter. Our best memories will always include: Brunch with friends on the back deck, in what feels like your own private park. The not-so-distant sounds of fog horns and sea lions. Southern facing windows that keep the home warm and bright on Seattle winter days. Sunrise over the Seattle skyline from one neighborhood lookout. Sunset over the Olympic Mountains from another. Watching a Seahawks game upstairs and feeling like you are part of the action because you can hear fireworks celebrating a Hawks touchdown. Living in our version of a small town; walking up to Mioposto or Circa or Café Fiore or Mission Cantina and seeing friends, classmates and neighbors.
