From the sellers... I lived in this condo for 10-plus years, and it was truly a wonderful home. The neighbors are lovely, and the HOA board is excellent — thoughtful, responsive, and committed to keeping the building well run. The location is hard to beat, with a bus line to downtown right across the street and walking distance to Upper Queen Anne restaurants and coffee shops, to Seattle Center and South Lake Union. I loved how easy it was to get to Fremont and Ballard, too. The unit itself is secure and quiet. In the winter, the wood-burning fireplace was so cozy, and in the summer, I spent a ton of time out on the deck. I also really appreciated having the double-sized parking spot — and the park across the street, Trolley Hill Park, is a hidden gem: peaceful, quiet, and home to a large pea patch.
