The Brockhaus Family

We poured our heart and soul into the house, raised two kids, made lifelong friends with neighbors, created a dream landscape in the back that is lush with fruit trees, blueberries, huckleberries, native plants and flowers. The size of the house really made it special, with plenty of room for the kids to run around inside on a rainy day, to get away for some me time in rec room or basement, or to have guests stay for extended amounts of time. We hosted so many parties, holidays and family events we can’t even count them.

Eleven years ago, we somehow stumbled upon a hidden gem. While being 15 minutes from downtown Seattle one way and Sea-Tac airport the other, instead of hearing the hustle and bustle of the city, you hear horses braying at the nearby Falcon Ridge Horse Sanctuary, or birds chirping in the nearby greenbelt.
