Lincoln Park is a Seattle gem. We love swimming in the outdoor, heated 50m pool by the beach trail. We’ve had barbecues, picnics, and birthday parties. We’ve seen owls, eagles, whales, ravens, otters, and fished for salmon. It’s the perfect place to walk the dog, go for a run, meet friends, or unwind. At the south end of the park is the ferry terminal making it easy to go to Vashon for dinner or out to the peninsula to hike the Olympics or road trip for fresh oysters.
Landscaping the front yard created a whole new place for the kids to play and the perfect place for a little vegetable garden. The back patio has hosted birthday parties, barbecues, dance parties, and pandemic work outs!
We remodeled the basement and love watching movies and playing games by the fire in the winter and staying cool on the hottest summer days.
The Rapidride bus picks up and drops off close by and has been a huge boost for commuting to work downtown and saving dollars on parking when heading to the ballpark.
