I've loved living in the High Point neighborhood for these past four years. High Point has so much to offer: parks and green spaces, kid play areas, exercise areas, location and views. The view of Elliott Bay and the Seattle skyline is great just a couple blocks away from my home. It's a highlight of every walk.
The outside spaces are good living. I love the big oak tree for shade and year-round beauty. The porch and patio are great for summer sitting and grilling and the sound of the water fountain is just perfect. Inside, the large kitchen was great for entertaining. Of course we end up gathered around the kitchen island chatting and eating.
The location is special too. So many unique, delicious spots in the Morgan and Alaskan junctions. Lincoln Park, (just down the hill) is gorgeous, densely wooded park with many trails down to the sound. Alki beach became a favorite place to run--often finishing with some delicious tacos on the water.
I hope you enjoy my home and the area of West Seattle as much as I have. To bright futures!
