From the sellers... When we moved into 5320 for the location and the abundance of space. Our little family thrived here. We lovingly called it our Alki Retreat. It gave us plenty of room for bounce-house birthday parties in the front yard, big family BBQs, outdoor movie nights, ping pong battles in the garage, 7 years of Girl Scout meetings in the family room, and quiet evening cocktails from under the big maple tree. Lots of neighbors stop to chat as they walk down to Alki Beach. We all found our own space, even as our children grew into their late teens. The location is prime--walking distance to Alki Beach and the Admiral Junction. And the restaurants and shops of Alaska Junction are within range too. It’s also secluded, sitting off the street on the hill amidst big trees. It feels like a park. We loved living down at Alki. A short walk (< 10 min) to beach restaurants and gorgeous sunsets. Also, morning exercise by walking the 5k+ to the anchor and back with friends. It’s also fun to have easy access to all the summer Alki Beach events: 5k runs, Sea Fair Pirates, volleyball tournaments, concerts, etc. We made great memories at our Alki Retreat, but we are ready to give another family a chance to make their memories at this beautiful home!
