We have truly loved living in this charming and unique home. It offers peaceful neighborhood privacy just minutes from West Seattle’s great restaurants, shops, and the laid-back urban energy.

It has been a joy to living here. From morning sunrises with coffee to cozy evenings by the outdoor fireplace, the outdoor spaces are perfect for entertaining and quiet reflection. Over the years, we planted hundreds of bulbs, and each spring and summer the yard bursts into color with tulips, daffodils, irises, lilies, roses, dahlias, allium, anemones, daisies, and more. Inside, the high quality build and thoughtful touches make it comfortable and practical.

West Seattle is also special. Alki kayaking. Old growth in Schmitz Park and Lincoln Park. Lychee margaritas at Marination Ma Kai (best patio in Seattle) before taking the water taxi downtown. The Junction and so much more. We will miss it here but will likely still follow from afar via West Seattle blog and our wonderful neighbors and friends.
