From the sellers...
We have enjoyed our time at California Suites—many enjoyable Summers having friends and family over for swimming and BBQ’s. The other owners and I grow pots of flowers and tomatoes on the patio as well. With only a few owners, it’s been easy to personalize the patio and use the space.
The condo’s location and neighborhood are my favorite part. It’s nice living close enough to walk to the store, restaurants, pubs, movies, and even Alki Beach. I have spent many lazy days in the nearby coffee shops or on the patio beside the pool. North Admiral streets also make for a great stroll—beautiful homes, yards, and views of Puget Sound, the city skyline, and mountain ranges.
The unit itself is also special: unique architecture, giant windows, beautiful trees. (Spectacular colors in the fall; buds and leafing in the spring!) We
frequently watch Bald Eagles flying overhead. The large storage unit in the basement came in very handy, and if that isn’t enough space, there is a
garage as well. A family member stored his classic car in there and later we used it as a workshop and home gym. It’s been great to have many versatile spaces to work with.
