From the sellers...

We are writing to share some of our favorite memories living in our house in the Puyallup/Sumner valley.

We moved into the house in September 2002 when our son was one, and two years later we completed our family when we adopted our daughter from China. This house was the perfect place to raise our children. There was plenty of room for them to play together and to be kept apart when necessary! The yard is huge, with room to play sports and games. There is little traffic out front, so it was safe for them to ride bikes and scooters. There was also a neighborhood park and woods for more adventures.

As they became teenagers, there was enough room for them to have some privacy and a large driveway and garage to park cars. They enjoyed their time in the Sumner School District and made many friends during their school years. We loved living in a house with a lot of space and in a neighborhood with a little room to spread out. The neighbors are friendly and the HOA makes sure the community stays clean and attractive. But now that the kids are off in college we are ready to downsize and move closer to work. We will miss this house, but hope another family will enjoy it as much as we did!
