When we saw this house over 14 years ago, we knew it was the place we wanted to call home. At the time, it desperately needed updating and we were ready to turn it into the bright and cozy home it is today. Our jobs pulled us north, so we made the difficult decision to move. But we miss the neighborhood and home.

Front deck and view: White Center is in a “banana belt” which guarantees lots of sunshine and truly gorgeous sunsets over the mountains.

Privacy: The property offers a private and quiet oasis with the mature plantings, fenced in back yard and elevation from the street. Perfect for work from home.

Parks: There are 3 parks within blocks that offer all kinds of options for fun.

Kind and supportive neighbors: A neighbor we had never met made us a baby quilt when she saw that I was expecting!

Walkability: Downtown White Center offers sweet coffee shops, great take-out options, breweries, McClendons Hardware and pharmacies. Also, Target and QFC are a longer walk or short drive away.

Convenience: Easy access to north Seattle, mountains and the airport (when we can freely travel again!)

Parking: The driveway can hold 2-3 cars, plus easy on-street parking.

Effortless living: The house is really simple to maintain.
